Meaningless posturing by the Swamp Senate. The president would need to sign such legislation for it to take effect.

True, but I guarantee that such a bill would pass both houses with a veto-proof majority. Such is the state of the slimy, Marxist left and the traiterous Republican party these days.

Of course the beltway pigs in Congress won’t invite Mueller to a hearing to discuss his obvious conflicts of interest. A little sunshine goes a long way. Obviously, they want POTUS investigated. These Senate “Republicans” are pathetic beyond words leaving a GOP POTUS bare as to the wind. I’ve never been more disgusted with the GOP. And that says a lot.

I’m of the mind that says if the Democrats agree to something a veto proof majority will always exists as long as Trump is our President. Screw the Repukes!

Sadly I believe their are enough Republicans that will join the dimoKKKRATS to over ride his veto.

Yeah, like he did the Russian sanctions bill....if it has a veto proof majority in Congress, it’ll happen.

Ex post facto laws are expressly forbidden by the United States Constitution in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3 (with respect to federal laws) and Article 1, Section 10 (with respect to state laws).
