N. Koreans are probably used to the fact that U.S. is watching everything. The other fact they are used to is that U.S. won't do anything nevertheless.
The next one needs to have an "accident".
1) Confidence is high about 4 hours before launch.
How close can we pre-position assets near Korea where they
a) won't be detected
b) can actually launch a strike suddenly enough that the target doesn't hop in a helicopter or car and leave in time
c)...on less than 4 hour's notice?
2) Are there any anti-Trump moles who would surreptitiously warn any targets, even through a series of cut-outs?
3) If we try and by any chance *miss*, what are the repurcussions? Do the Norks launch an ICBM to save face, activate sleeper cells already in the US, or screw with South Korea or Japan?
Do we manage to broadcast some of our techniques & methods?
4) If we try and succeed, do we draw in *China* ?
