Trump Asks Why Congress, Insurance Companies Are Exempt from Obamacare Failings

President Trump took to Twitter Monday to ask why insurance companies and Congress are not being hurt by the failings of Obamacare just as the American people are being hit.

Trump started the day by noting that the unpopular healthcare law is “hurting people” and asked why it isn’t also hurting insurance companies, and also why Congress is exempt.

Trump had previously threatened to end what he called “bailouts” for insurance companies and Congress after the failing of the GOP-led Senate to pass either a healthcare reform bill, a flat-out Obamacare repeal, or a so-called “skinny repeal” of Obamacare.

The vote on a “skinny repeal” failed Friday after three Republicans, Sens. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Susan Collins (R-ME) and John McCain (R-AZ) defected and voted against the measure. The vote failed 49-51.

In the wake of that vote, Trump accused those who voted against the bill of having “let the American people down” and said that it was time to “let Obamacare implode, then deal.”

...

“Don’t give up Republican Senators, the World is watching,” he urged in a tweet on Sunday.

The answer is they paid Congress enough to ensure they were going to be OK.

With the rise of the stock market, will congress critters still have the privilege of insider trading? That’s why they all become rich after a “career” in Congress and lucrative retirement benefits.

This ‘cost sharing’ BS is, obviously, just a BAILOUT for insurance companies. I’ve had some fun with leftists point out just that. They are reduced to DEFENDING insurance companies while I attack their profits as the biggest evil on the planet.

It’s a BLAST to change places with them.

If Trump pulls the subsidies we that pay will pay MASSIVELY as the state boards clamber to keep insurance available. In my state the insurance board are not the sharpest tools in the shed and I suspect they have palms on both sides of their hands.

It is true the insurance companies have made a lot of money out of odumbo care. However, nobody can afford barky care. We can’t, the gubment can’t and the insurance companies can’t. Why? It provides subsidized and unrestricted all but no cost insurance and medical care to the very lowest income people in the country while the rest of us pay through the nose and get little.

Good question???? BS.....

Why does he have to ask? He should be attacking not asking why. The answer is obvious. They are the debacle that put this in place and are going to benefit from it. Write an EO defunding the insurance and make all of our dear elected officials have to sign up for ObucketOshitcare TODAY.

Make sure there is wording in there that if they are not signed up by midnight that he will have the military arrest them and send them to Gitmo.

ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK Put down your marshmallow bag.

They are exempt from Zerocare in our national effort to always please muzzies. I am disappointed that even the Trump administration continues this sickening practice.
