China hits back at Trump criticism over N.Korea

China hit back on Monday after U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted he was "very disappointed" in China following Pyongyang's latest missile test, saying the problem did not arise in China and that all sides need to work for a solution.

China has become increasingly frustrated with American and Japanese criticism that it should do more to rein in Pyongyang. China is North Korea's closest ally, but Beijing is angry with its continued nuclear and missile tests.

North Korea said on Saturday it had conducted another successful test of an intercontinental ballistic missile that proved its ability to strike the U.S. mainland, drawing a sharp warning from Trump and a rebuke from China.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe spoke with Trump on Monday and agreed on the need for more action on North Korea just hours after the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations said Washington is "done talking about North Korea".

A White House statement after the phone call said the two leaders "agreed that North Korea poses a grave and growing direct threat to the United States, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and other countries near and far".

It said Trump "reaffirmed our ironclad commitment" to defend Japan and South Korea from any attack, "using the full range of United States capabilities".

Trump wrote on Twitter on Saturday after the missile test that he was "very disappointed" in China and that Beijing profits from U.S. trade but had done "nothing" for the United States with regards to North Korea, something he would not allow to continue.

China's Foreign Ministry, in a statement sent to Reuters responding to Trump's tweets, said the North Korean nuclear issue did not arise because of China and that everyone needed to work together to seek a resolution.

China is following the same route taken by Imperial Japan in the 1930s. NK is under their wing. They created it, support it and feed it.

I actually got the sense from what China is saying that they realize that the military option is on the table.

I'm sure they want to be part of the post operation solution. And so does Russia.

To a degree, the Chi-coms are correct - It was Bill Clinton who made it possible for the Norks to get nukes. The Clintons and their leftist allies are the nightmare that never ends. This entire mess may be laid at their feet ... along with a few million more souls to their “body count,” if the war resumes on the Korean Peninsula.

All liberal news articles report on China as if official statements are accurate reflections of what “China thinks”. They are not. China it’s ruin by lying posturing commie thugs.

China can help by inviting Kim to China for a visit.
Kim never returns.....

We need to arm everyone around China with nukes. They’ve been getting real aggressive and trying to use North Korea through proxy against us.

China is tired of being pilloried over Norklandia.

But we and they know they can end the Norkland problem in mere days.

And, we and they know they choose not too.

We simply must present them with a choice between ending this problem, or the emergence of a MUCH greater problem.

Of course, they believe the US in inherently cowardly and will make no tough choices. They believe Trump is just a loud, buffoonish Obama.

And I believe they are wrong.

Until and unless the chi-coms jerk the chain on their attack dog, we should not allow their imports here.
Mostly crap anyway.

To China, NK is just a client state who is willing to do China’s dirty work.

China isn’t worried that N Korea has the ability to nuke China.
Because China has absolute control over the use of N Korean missiles. They can only be used as China directs.

So a nuke from N Korea is a nuke from China.
China is not fooling anyone but themselves.

most peoples 401Ks probably have exposure to TGT, COST, WMT and HD. Mt T should think through this very carefully, since the health of the capital markets is one of his few
successes thus far, and he doesn’t want to see the Street start going south.

“China may no longer sell goods into the United States of America. China may resume it’s trade with the United States once they have halted trade with North Korea — President Donald J. Trump

I think China really, really thinks Trump can be bought off, or intimidated.

If he can, then we are well and truly screwed. But I don’t think that is at all true.

Trump is NOT like very other American leader of the entire last generation. Ever sending more, and more, and more industry to China.

Nope. I think they have Trump all wrong.

We shall see, whether they are correct in their assumptions.

I sure don’t think so.

Trump has for quite a long time, been making noises about China’s trade surplus, at America’s expense.

Trump has not acted on that yet.

I think he is (very) close to. Right now.

There’s a simple solution to all of this. The cat is out of the bag with North Korea. We should’ve dealt with Kim at the end of the Cold War, but instead Clinton was too busy focusing on Somalia and Monica Lewinsky.

Invading now would be suicide. Even without nukes, North Korea could kill huge amounts of South Korean civilians with artillery strikes on Seoul and could launch sarin-tipped warheads at Seoul. We could see as many as 2 million South Koreans die in a war and large numbers of US troops. And even if we do topple the North Koreans, the state that exists afterwards will just be another Chinese proxy, the Chinese would never tolerate a pro-American, pro-freedom state on their border.

What we should do is give nukes to South Korea and Japan. It ends China’s imperialism in the East China Sea by giving our allies a chance to stand up for themselves. It protects us from Democrats like Bill Clinton and Sodom Hussein Obama who don’t do their job defending our allies.

While we’re at it, offer it to Australia and Singapore too. Australia went into Iraq with us and Singapore is one of the most free market capitalist nations in the world. They’re both some of our natural allies and deserve the right to protect themselves from communist aggression in the South China Sea.

By refusing to get North Korea in line, which they could do by enacting an economic embargo and putting pressure on the regime, they should pay the price with a ring of US-armed states around their sphere of influence. They have to pay the prices for allowing the Norks to operate concentration camps on their watch.
