755 Diplomats....The possibility of expulsion never crossed Congress' mind....and they own the new sanctions. Putin understands what veto proof means so he won't blame President Trump.

Merkel and the EU are fuming over the new sanctions.

The additional sanctions on Russia will only make Putin more likely to go for...."Made in Russia".
