If I’m remembering it correctly, there was a judicial ruling that the subject payments were illegal. Trump could just accept that decision, don’t appeal it further and IMMEDIATELY CEASE THE PAYMENTS. President Trump should also announce that he will no longer accept the Congessional FALSE CERTIFICATION that Congress is a “small” business (I.e., has fewer than 50 employees). That way the Congress swamp critters and their staffers will have to live with REAL OBAMACARE like ordinary American citizens do (I.e., receive no subsidies beyond what Obamacare low-income subsidies provide).
Oh, you and your pals have already done that, Chucky, when you all passed The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on a straight party line vote.
