[Evergreen] failed to set and enforce necessary boundaries in the workplace on campus, selectively has chosen not to enforce its student Code of Conduct, and sent the unmistakable message that the school will tolerate (and even endorse) egregious violations (and even crimes) purportedly to advance racial social goals, diminishing the collegiate experience for all, and fostering a racially hostile work and retaliatory environment for faculty and staff, Mr. Weinsteins attorney said in a statement provided to Campus Reform.

He signed on to the anarchy, until he got anarchated. Now he’s unhappy.
State university...fully operational. The trustees will retain a lawyer and try to figure out. If they carry insurance (like most cities)...they might go and offer a million to the guy to settle and use the insurance.
The problem I see is that this is just the professor doing this. If you had these episodes continuing....regular students could come up (with video and witnesses) and now sue the university for the same stuff. You could be talking about forty kids asking a million each.
At this point, I think I’d fire the chancellor, and lay out the suspension policy. You impede any student or professor....one year of suspension and you leave the campus within one hour. I’d fire the campus cops and ask the county sheriff to provide security, and then let the kids know that they will be doing real jail-time from this point on out.

I’ve listened to him quite a lot, and he’s a pretty cool guy.
He’s a liberal, but he’s also intellectually honest, very intelligent, and has a great deal of courage.
I found his comment to the mob outside his classroom was particularly touching: “put phenotype aside.” I was struck by it because (a) it was poignant and true, (b) because it showed that he was a biologist to the core, and (c) because it was a great way of using the SJW situation to help people remember the difference between “genotype” and “phenotype,” so he was trying to teach biology even to those students who wanted him fired.
I really like the guy.
YES! I hope he cleans their plow......;)
No matter what else is going on, the liberal professor is gonna get his money, eh?
