Presidential appointees serve at the pleasure of the President and can be fired at any time. It’s different for career people but not appointees.
That is not the point. I just threw that name out there. Perhaps bad example. Although I think still valid. Non employee scaramucci claims he is firing 4 federal employees. He does not have authority as a non employee.
Even if trump says..go fire these employees..they aren’t fired when non employee says your fired. Going to take a lot more than that..not knowing fed regs..perhaps docs in writing would be necessary
