The United States Senate - under GOP control - is a pathetic mess. They have no overall plan to reduce the size and scope of government, protect the border, repeal Obamacare and reintroduce health insurance to the open market, improve military readiness, or anything their voters demand.
Of the 535 members of Congress there are fewer than 30 patriots. Pray for America.
Obamacare IS partial ‘single payer’. Medicaid is single payer. That’s why it is impossible to ‘replace’.
The bill promised Medicare for all, free healthcare - Medicare ain’t free, as one who paid into it for forty years and still pays something like $1500 a year in “premiums” can testify....
‘Single payer’ is where I pay for mine, you pay for yours? What’s not to like about that?/sarc
