I was born female so I hadn’t thought about that-they certainly wouldn’t be deployable until that issue was resolved-you have to keep earrings on 24/7 for weeks even after just having your ears pierced, or that will heal closed-so I’d guess a fake vajayjay would take quite awhile to adapt...

Lots of self dilation and upkeep once that surgery is done....and depending how it’s done matters as well....sometimes they use the colon to make a vagina...using skin grafts requires constant lubrication etc. So a lot of upkeep.
