Lots of self dilation and upkeep once that surgery is done....and depending how it’s done matters as well....sometimes they use the colon to make a vagina...using skin grafts requires constant lubrication etc. So a lot of upkeep.
Nope-they are not deployable at all-too high maintenance-I wonder how many end up with severe buyer’s remorse after awhile?
That is horrific. I can't believe any doctor would mutilate a healthy body that way, just to satisfy a mental disorder. I mean, I don't doubt your word, I'm just astounded.
