Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Tuesday slammed President Donald Trump’s retreat from the world climate stage and challenged fellow Republicans to accept the science that spurred him to push cap-and-trade legislation.
Schwarzenegger held up the bipartisan legislation signed by Gov. Jerry Brown on Treasure Island as a powerful signal to Washington that the United States has not pulled back from its environmental commitments, despite Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris accord.

Hear hear - there’s NO hard science - only speculation and the collected data doesn’t support ANY known hypothesis for mechanisms or causes. CO2 MAY be a cause but the irony is that solution is to go to nuclear energy but NONE of the AGW crew ever wants to do that. They just want to return us to a Stone Age technology mentality. Climate change is a nothing more than a political agenda based on complete balderdash and while the majority of common people are wisely suspicious of the motives behind the pseudo-science of climate change, a majority of these supposed leaders of society, people who are politicians, business executives and religious heads have bought into Gore’s twisted prophecies lock, stock and barrel.
Sanity must and hopefully will prevail. Otherwise, trillions in nonsensical and wasteful taxation will be imposed on populations that are already over taxed to the point of average workers being nothing more than slaves to corporations and the government, and the middle class will be extinguished from existence.
