Prosecute these people! Offer them suspended sentences if they credibly rat out their enablers. But the right of all of them to ever vote again should be revoked.

They might not even know they did it. If the dead can vote, what’s to stop the same people from registering unwitting live people in other states?
To hell with that. Offer them 1 year plus 1 day and a 10k fine if they rat out their enablers, otherwise 5 years and 50k fine.
Voter fraud will only stop when it hurts to be caught.
