DJT - friends with Cruz for years - had to play Cruz against the Deep State to win the election. Pretty convincing catfight, no?

Sessions, knowing *any* Republican would smash Hillary, cleaved early to our CINC to ‘manage the opposition’. He knew Cruz would mean the death of the Deep State, one way or the other, sooner or later.

Stephen Miller, whose illegal immigrant plans were immediately grafted and deployed in the campaign, was actually attached to Sessions to manage *him* as the Head Vampire of the Deep State (Southern Flank).

Cruz is tasked with finding a sleeper at DOJ that Zero overlooked in his purges, and this guy will be interim forever AG once Jeff tenders his resignation.

Deception. It’s what Washington and Houston excelled at to create two New Nations.

It’s why I am hoping and praying the Trump Team is scouting out Trump-supporting candidates to primary out the Republican Swamp Rats.

All PDJT has to do is to put his endorsement on them and they will win.

That is why appointing a second special prosecutor to investigate Seth Rich’s death & the DNC server,....it could be broadened to include Clinton fundraising crimes, unmasking for political espionage purposes, the Lynch/Clinton Obstruction of Justice, leaking of classified info out of the Deep State, Mueller & Comey’s ties to the DNC....turn the FBI lose on real criminality....

Force the media narrative away from Meuller onto DNC crimes...

WATTERS: GOP Can’t Drain The Swamp When Their Own Members Are Plugging The Hole

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Since corrupt Congress is the biggest part of the swamp (imo) that Trump wants to drain, it is actually up to patriots to drain the swamp in the 2018 elections, patriots supporting Trump by electing as many new members of Congress as they can who will support Trump.

In the meanwhile, patriots need to make sure that there are plenty of Trump-supporting candidates on the primary ballots.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to make sure that candidates are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed here.

Also, unlike incumbent members of Congress who wrongly remained silent while misguided state officials abridged the constitutionally enumerated rights of citizens during the lawless Obama Administration, patriots need to make sure that candidates on the 2018 primary ballots commit to the following.

Candidates need to commit to making and enforcing 14th Amendment-related laws to prosecute misguided state officials who use state powers to abridge constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment-protected religious expression and free speech for example, such actions prohibited by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

”14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

With all due respect, “support swings both ways, buddy” is at best naive, and at worst, simply stupid.

To the extent that promised changes could be made through Executive action alone, President Trump has delivered. But repealing and replacing Obamacare, building the wall, and cutting taxes all require legislative action, which is the purview of Congress.

President Trump is NOT an autocrat. He cannot act unilaterally. The blame for the failure to agree on the legislative provisions for these agenda items rests SQUARELY at the feet of the Republican majorities in the House and Senate.

Sorry pal, I don’t think he’s said near enough. The time is not far off when we get a little close to the mid-terms, when he will be forced to take of the gloves and get really specific so that the voters can make really clear choices in 2018. All but maybe one of two of the eight RINO Senators up next year should be thrown out. Because letting them stay will just perpetuate this death by 1,000 cuts they are visiting on the Administration. Ditto for a lot of the House members. Saying that we are “risking loosing control” by challenging the GOPe crap in Congress is just nuts. Where are we today with GOPe “control?” We are just waiting for the RATs to regroup and put an end to this marvelous man and his unwavering resolve to fix our country. You need to understand that there will not be a second chance. Trump is a once in a century individual. Even Pence isn’t able to wear Trump’s shoes.

He may need them, but they are not going to help him as they have proven by their actions. His tweets are communicating with his constituents and supporters, making them aware at where the REAL PROBLEM lies....with the turncoat rino republicans. Repeal and replace them for starters.

I’ve long held to a “One Man” philosophy when reading history: One Man can save the world, and one man can destroy the world.

The names that come down through history are singular. Nero, Jesus, Paul, Washington, Hitler, Lincoln, the list is endless for heros and despots, but their actions are driven from their core.

This is revealing that the establish Republicans have no interest in furthering the cause. They are quite happy with the status quo.

We saw the Tea Party movement go stagnant, as various segments got co-opted by not-so-Tea-Partyish types who basically shut it down.

The question has been for decades, and continues to be: can the Republican party be reformed from within [that is, through elections]? We have seen that the answer to that is 'No'. No matter how many Tea Party types and candidates running as staunch conservatives, once they get to DC, they turn into status quo defenders.

How many incumbents have we seen re-elected by the the divide-and-conquer strategy of running several 'opposition' candidates against the incumbent -- to water down the opposition and send the incumbent back to DC?
