Some missing pieces:
The officers were responding to an emergency call - no lights and siren?
Both officers were very inexperienced - and one of them, Noor, had a number of complaints against him. Why was Noor paired with a brand-new cop?
When have any of you ever heard of anyone firing from the passenger seat accross the driver? That’s insane.
Then the shooting officer, Noor refuses to cooperate with the investigation.
This stinks to high heaven.
But of course he's still locked up. Right?
One more missing piece: What happened to the call the police were called on? Never heard anything more on THAT.
“Both officers were very inexperienced - and one of them, Noor, had a number of complaints against him. Why was Noor paired with a brand-new cop?”
A lot of what happened was probably because of this one thing-———what commander allowed these two to work together?-——absolute madness and gross ineffiency.
.
Noor was considered superior to other copps...he was fast tracked through the training...
usually the senior cop would have more years and experience but I bet they would over look that for the chief of police’s little pets...
I bet the other 10 inexperienced Somali moslems in the Minneapolis police also have cushy senior jobs over more able white cops...
