Dodd Frank ruined the Real Estate and Mortgage market. It was not good when you qualified to buy a home if you could fog a mirror, those days are gone. The restrictions put on buyers and sellers now and the escrow and title companies, are expensive and ridiculous, its no fun anymore. Everybody is angry once the deal is closed.
