Germany Court System On The Verge Of Collapse Due To Mass Immigration
There. Fixed it.
3. Disapproval folks. This gets to an interesting story. It’s a federal agency that approves or disapproves. But that agency has NO authority to exercise removal (shocking, eh?). Removal is left ONLY with each state government (16 states). So they each interpret the failed visa and removal in a different way. They will give the guy a chance to file an appeal with the court. Some states are pressing hard (Bavaria for example) to get the guy on a plane. Some cash incentives are out there (in the range of a thousand Euro to just accept the failed visa and go without argument). Some states are intentionally dragging this out...which only infuriates the population of that state. Berlin say they want to federalize this and ensure folks get put to exit...so far, it’s like a child’s act and no serious effort going on.
2. The visa and the family gimmick. Here’s the interesting side of this story. In the case of Syrians and Iraqis....most of them were families that made the walk from Greece up (Grandparents, kids, etc). There isn’t much of a need for them to make some request like this. For the migrant guy from Morocco and Tunisia....these were mostly all single guys, with a high failure rate (very rare were visas approved unless they had a real education). So far, no one has said there’s much with the North African guys trying to bring family members in. The only noticeable trend with family members....was the Romanians and Balkan crowd. This whole welfare for the family gimmick has been identified and there’s consequences now if they try to go in this direction. I wouldn’t say this is much of a problem.
1. The refugee guys...from Iraq and Syria...are given a start-up visa and a lot depends on integration, language classes, staying out of trouble....to reach a long-term or permanent visa. If you go and note the Syrians....Assad and his father put a ton of money into college education and craft-training (way more than any Middle-Eastern country). You find a fair number of Syrians with all kinds of education background or job-training skills (plumbing, baking, butcher, etc). If you go and ask most Syrians and Iraqis over the age of 40....they’d all like to go and return to the region when the war ends (they do actually believe that peace will return someday). The Syrians and Iraqis under twenty? They want to stay in Germany because they see opportunity. It’s a mix for those between 20 and 40.
One factor which German news dimwits rarely cover or grasp is that out of this 1.8-million (more or less) from 2013 to the end of 2016, that came in and registered....I would take a educated guess that 400,000 have left (forced or voluntary), and that at least 250,000 are in some funnel for the remainder of 2017 to leave (forced or voluntary). So in the end....while they spent a ton of money on refugee centers, housing, food, care...maybe there might be one-million that will temporarily stay. And if peace comes to Syria/Iraq....you can expect at least 200,000 of that group to probably leave. So maybe in three years....you could be talking about only half the original immigrants, refugees, or migrants being in the country.
I could also probably hint that there’s probably ten-thousand migrants in the country who either do black-work (no taxes), or work for crime syndicates (selling drugs, etc). Those are mostly all from the North African groups.
Again, excellent info. Thanks for posting.
Is it in bad taste to laugh at the self-loathing eurotrash?
