The German court system has been brought to the limits due to the massive number of asylum cases waiting to be challenged, the Association of German Administrative Law Judges warned Thursday.
Robert Seegmüller, the organizations chair, said the courts have piled up a huge backlog, with 250,000 asylum decisions waiting to be challenged in court.
The situation is dramatic for administrative courts, Seegmüller told German news outlet Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland (RND), according to The Local. We are now completely stretched to our limits.
Seegmüller warned that a collapse of the court system is inevitable unless authorities invest more resources and hire more personnel.
The administrative court system cannot endure such a figure in the long run. At some point, everything will collapse, Seegmüller told RND. Things may go well for a while, but not permanently.
Some courts have reported a backlog of up to two years due to the extreme situation of more than 1 million migrants arriving in Germany. Thousands of asylum seekers have taken legal action against the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) for failing to make a decision on their asylum applications in a timely manner.

When my basement floods with water, one thing I wouldn’t do is run a hose down into the basement to add even more water.
I guess the Germans would disagree with my approach.
This is the intent of the globalists.

On the ‘verge of collapse’ might be an exaggeration. There are enough cases throughout the 16 Germans states that even Germans trying to use the administrative system to settle differences or minor legal troubles...will be forced to wait in line...at least six months, and maybe on up to eighteen months.
Part of this trouble is that the German bureau handling approval or disapproval....has a certain view of qualifications and country circumstances. For example, if you come from Iraq or Syria, you can claim war-time refugee status (probably around 95-percent approval). If you come from Albania...it’s migrant status and your education or skill-craft matters a lot, but most are showing up with almost nothing to show for job-value and it’s around a 90-percent disapproval rate. Same situation for Tunisians and Moroccans...who have near a 80-to-90 percent disapproval rate.
If you were Chinese and showed up with 300,000 Euro, and a cooking profession....with the aim of operating a Chinese restaurant...you’d probably have a 80-to-90 percent chance of approval.
The folks who failed the visa application....want the court to undo the disapproval. If the court goes down the same wording that the approval authority used....the will reach the same conclusion...disapprove. Whether these failed court cases then get sent to an appeals court or even German high court...would truly screw up the entire German court system. My guess is that a couple hundred retired judges will be brought in for a one-year period, to help wrap up these cases.
All in all...it just demonstrates the poor and marginal manner in which the whole refugee and migrant crisis was handled. It wasn’t the people who build BMWs or Mercedes...this was the “Yugo-crowd”.

hat tip
Good explanation there. Thanks.
Three questions:
1. If a refugee gets approved as a “war-time refugee”, is the status permanent? Or must the refugee leave after the war is over?
2. if a refugee gets approved, does that also cover his whole family, including, say, his mom who is now in Syria?
3. What happens to refugees who are disapproved? Are they immediately deported? Or are they still free to wander around the country?
Meanwhile the Germans are about to reelect the person most responsible for this disaster.
You can’t fix stupid.
