Yep...but lowering kits don't cost too much...
My first bike was a Honda Shadow...very low to the ground stock...was such a fun bike to ride.

You can’t “legally” ride a Harley because of your height? Those styles of bikes have a low seat height.

My wife has the same problem she gave up trying to find a motorcycle that will fit and so I keep her in scooters. Right now she’s riding a Kymco. Sucks but what can you do. Even if the bike is low enough they are too wide for her.
