I'll accept that, but given his refusal to speak with investigators, and a lack of information on his background, it may not be true. More important, what has his background taught him about inappropriately dressed women.

This is my take on this murder. The cop is a Muslim first and a LEO second (or third,etc.) They two cops pull up to the scene and the blond woman dressed in her PJs leans down to talk to the cop driving. Maybe she exposed a bit to much cleavage (unintentionally) doing this and Mad Mo went into a Rag Rage and killed the offending woman for Allah.
