Healthcare at 8 bucks a bandaid is a problem.

The government jacked it up to 15 bucks a bandaid.

2 hours in a stitch room cost my insurance 17,000 last year.

Why?

For some, perhaps, but I think it's more an issue of cowardice for most Republicans.

Then there's the thieving hospitals. Used to be the doctors privately owned the hospitals...now the hospitals own the doctors. Non-profits...a "public private partnership"...are a legalized scam. There isn't a single private-hospital in my state.

"Free healthcare"

They are compelled to treat all comers in the ER...for "free". Then, in order to pay themselves back by charging your insurance $17,000.

It's called "cost shifting" and the practice needs to be banned.

Just like PJ O'Rourke said...."If you think healthcare is expensive now, just wait till it's free."
