Big hullabaloo over nothing. It's an Engrish translation error. Happens all the time. There is a website devoted to these mistakes Engrish.Com.
One of the funniest is a multi-lingual sign in a Chinese (or Singapore) hospital. It directs people to the OB/GYN unit. The English portion of the sign reads "Cun* Exams".
