But if I understand correctly, Ann got moved to another seat in the same row (still extended leg room). I'm 6'3" and don't find the window seat any worse than the aisle. In fact, I usually select the window so people hitting the rest room won't disturb me. Plus, I can keep the shade down to sleep or watch a movie. Given that, I found Ann's tweets over the top. Granted, she still should have been told why she was moved but that hardy rates "worst airline" status. There are plenty of horror stories that hands down beat moving over a couple seats.
Whatever Anne’s issue were, putting the pic of the passenger who got her seat, onto her highly-followed twitter feed, was very much over the line.

I’ve refused to fly Delta since about 2003 thanks to the blatantly shabby treatment by the cabin clowns. This is no surprise.

The chaos directly associated with an incident on the plane is understandable. But Delta’s PR stunt thereafter was obviously personal, unprofessional, and likely political.

Delta is the WORSE airline I have ever flown and I’ve flown a few, domestic and foreign.
Decades ago when I still had to fly, Delta was the worst. Surly, bitchy old stewardesses and generally diagreeable flight.
I would be shocked if the crew did not deliberately single out Coulter due to political hatred.
I’ve never had trouble with Delta. It’s the TSA clowns that are the worst. Since I live in Salt Lake and only occasionally travel to visit family in LosAngeles and Denver (700 and 500 miles) I’ve switched to driving instead if flying. The drives are beautiful (exc Vegas - LA section) and it’s cheaper considering car rentals and such.
Delta does not have access to nightly news. Ann Coulter does have access to nightly news.
