It's not a problem Trump created, but it was one of the things he ran on, and one of the things he reached out to minority communities about. The left don't want a dialogue about this because it shines a light on the failures of their ideology. I would argue that when infants and children get shot and killed it's a problem for all of us. I don't disagree about the welfare state's role in leading to fatherless households and the destruction of the inner city.
