Why an FBI liaison to Congress who has never served in the FBI?? Seems to me there are too many non-FBI being brought into into the top echelon of the FBI.

Why an FBI liaison to Congress who has never served in the FBI?? Because he's been a prosecutor in Reid's Nevada so he's probably corrupt enough for this FBI liaison job. Maybe he's proven himself by making lots of Reid cases disappear.
