The Trump administration said Friday it will ask the Supreme Court to block a federal judges ruling limiting the scope of President Trumps travel ban.
The Supreme Court has had to correct this lower court once, and we will now reluctantly return directly to the Supreme Court to again vindicate the rule of law and the executive branch's duty to protect the nation, Attorney General
Jeff Sessions said in a statement.
The decision came
one day after a Hawaii-based judge dealt Trump a defeat by ordering the government to expand the number of people who are exempt from the controversial ban.
U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson, who was appointed by former President
Barack Obama, said the Trump administration did not abide by a Supreme Court ruling that allowed a partial version of the ban to take effect.
The government began to allow residents of six Muslim-majority nations with immediate family in the U.S. to enter the country. Watson said those criteria were too narrow.
Watson was one of the federal judges who issued a nationwide injunction blocking the initial ban, as well as a revised version.

It is NOT a “travel ban”.
It is a Constitutionally mandated INVASION BAN (US Const, Art. IV, Sec. 4) regardless of a court’s decision.

So when does our RINO CONGRESS call in this clown and hand him his walking papers?
To: jazusamo
Supreme Court needs to not only slap him down, but tell him no more injunctions wasting their time.

This “judge” is an absolute political hack with a political agenda. What a disgrace to the Constitution, the Rule of Law and to the Judiciary. No wonder people believe many judges are nitwits with pointy heads.

Some judges never learn. This one needs to be taken out to the woodshed a second time by the Supreme Court. If this clown wanted to legislate then he should have run for Congress.

Easy solution.
Send ALL muzzies to Hawaii and see how that works out.
Betcha that “judge” will tap dance pretty fast.
To: jazusamo
This needs to be done, if only on principle.
To: tophat9000

Send every last refugee to Hawaii, and relocate all those already here to this so-called “paradise” ... Then sit back, watch and laugh your ass off as these libturd morons scream bloody murder when their paradise is quickly turned into a dung hole. Who knows - the Island might actually “tip over,” LOL!
