It may be a ruling....but it’s worthless. He can’t overturn a USSC decision.
So now Democrat judges are overturning the Supreme Court.
The SCOTUS has ruled. The administration should ignore this political hack judge and continue the ban.

It does not matter. Trump can ignore this ruling. The SCOTUS has handed down their decision. The Dist Court has totally overstepped.

The state is not involved in the original ruling, or this effort to thwart it.
This is a Federal judge on the island attempting to over-rule a distinction placed on the action by the Supreme Court — the court superior to his. This is beyond stupid.
