I lived there for a number of years. My oldest son and some other family still live there, and we’re in town about a half dozen times a year (just got back, in fact) signs of decay from Bloomberg’s tenure already well underway.
Yeah, Bloomberg was already undermining the progress of Giuliani’s remarkable turn-around of the city. Kaiser Wilhelm has continued said decline. He absolutely must go this year.
