10 Commandments defender Moore to replace Sessions? (McConnell's man losing!)

After being removed twice for refusing to abide by federal court rulings in defense of the posting of the Ten Commandments in public areas, former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore is now the leading candidate – as seen in internal polling – to replace Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ vacated United States Senate seat.

According to Politico Pro’s Daniel Strauss, fellow candidate – and current member of Congress – Mo Brooks’ internal polling indicates that Moore is leading all competitors with 31 percent, with Sen. Luther Strange in second at 23 percent and Brooks trailing closely behind in third with 21percent, with nearly a dozen other candidates registering less than 5 percent of the vote.

The second-place candidate, however, has run into some controversy, helping out Moore’s candidacy.

“Then-Gov. Robert Bentley appointed Strange to the seat vacated when Jeff Sessions was appointed U.S. attorney general by President Donald Trump,” Newsmax reported. “But when Bentley was forced to step down earlier this year amid scandal, his replacement, Gov. Kay Ivey, scheduled a special election for August. Bentley was criticized by fellow Republicans for naming Strange, whose state attorney general's office was investigating Bentley on corruption charges.”

Either Roy Moore or Mo Brooks would be preferable to Establishment hack and McConnell preferred, appointed incumbent Luther Strange!

Primary is in August

Strange is corrupt as they come.
Mo Brooks trashed Trump during the primaries.
And tepid support in the general election.

Roy Moore is the best candidate by far.
Will be a great Senator for Alabama.

Sessions has the experience of his years and he is the right AG for the times. I call him “The Mouse that Roars”.

As long as we keep defending GOD He will keep defending us. Read the Bible and you will see what God allowed to happen to those nations that ignored or mocked his rules.

Maybe, but I’m still waiting for the roar from Sessions. Like maybe arrest someone, anyone from the previous administration. Treason and Sedition would be good starters.

I like your post. I, too, am waiting for some noise from Sessions. So far I have been disappointed.

I believe you mistake the YAWN for a roar...

Right AG for the times? Unless one thinks DJT is holding him back, I haven’t heard hide nor hair from Rip Van Winkle.

Sessions has the experience of his years and he is the right AG for the times. I call him “The Mouse that Roars”.

When Session indicts Hillary, Lynch, Obama, Holder, Rice, Clapper, Brennan, Podesta, and Comey, then you can call Session whatever you wish.

But I don't Sessions is going to do a damn thing.

Who? Me? Well.....I......hmmmm.....I am not sure.....

That's.......a big decision.....one that I have to.....you know.....weigh and think about.....

I....I....am sorry....but I have to Recuse myself from this.......
