Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin are to meet for the first time today amid violent protest in Hamburg as the two leaders hold a full bilateral meeting, which will include a photocall and public comments.
The timing of the meeting, which according to the White Houses schedule will start at 2.45pm, would mean the two leaders would be unlikely to take part in the working session on energy and climate change. Russias news agency Interfax said the meeting was at 3pm, UK time, which might allow them to attend the start.

How can they miss an important discussion on climate change?
HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA but Muh gorebull warming!
This is an outrage!!!!!/s
Hilarious. Love it, spend the time on something that actually matters.
Good for them!
The adults are gonna talk about actual issues. While the adolescents talk about nothing
lol. I am sure they will schedule their second meeting during the G20 discussion on transgender bathroom rights or something like that.
Russia signed on to the Paris Agreement....but has not ratified it until they find out how much they’re going to get scr**** out of.
Ha ha - both of them are dissing Merkel who was just waiting to lecture Trump on climate change.
I wonder if those two are in agreement in trolling the rest?
This might get to be real fun to watch.
The big boys are skipping the sitting-on-Santas-Lap session. I guess they’re too old for make-believe.
The global warming scam is falling apart...
Finally, some sanity in the mix.
At first I thought: “Great!”
Then I thought: “On the other hand, there would have been two fairly sane people in the room if they went.”
Cool they are BOTH snubbing the climate delusionists.
No surprise there.
Both Trump and Putin are no-BS type of guys. There’s real work to be done; no time for nonsense.
