He is not just defying the Freedom of Information Act, he is also defying accepted scientific practice (by the consensus of scientists). In any respectable science, data cannot be hidden but must be revealed for scientific review.
Except he's not practicing science, he's publishing false propaganda. And his actions in this case, a case that he brought, should prove that to everybody. But it won't. The True Believers will not be shaken from their faith, the publication of the East Anglia emails should have done that years ago.
