The Democrats' Denial Dialectic

“There’s absolutely no proof, no evidence of massive voter fraud in California or anywhere across the country,” California Secretary of State Alex Padilla, Los Angeles Democrat, proclaimed back in February. More recently, Padilla announced in a statement that he will block the federal effort to find evidence of voter fraud.   “I will not provide sensitive voter information to a commission that has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally. California’s participation would only serve to legitimize the false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the President, the Vice President, and Mr. Kobach. The President's Commission is a waste of taxpayer money and a distraction from the real threats to the integrity of our elections today: aging voting systems and documented Russian interference in our elections.”

Democrats and the media lie about voter fraud and prevent any honest investigation of voter fraud.

Voter fraud is a direct threat to our Democracy. It must be identified and investigated.

Well, I can tell you from personal experience that California does not effectively manage our voter rolls. Our daughter ( and her husband ) lived with us for a year or so about ten years ago ( a SF East Bay city). They subsequently moved to San Francisco for two years, then purchased a home in Petaluma where they now reside. For all of that period of time, their names have been shown on the voter rolls in our precinct. When I called our Registrar of Voters, I was told that they would personally have to advise them that they had moved and wished to have their names removed. I never checked, but I imagine that they were still registered in San Francisco as well. The idea that within the state, they can’t manage to make sure residents who move around have their voter registrations reflect actually where they live at present is simply prima facie evidence that they want these “hooks” in the voter rolls to facilitate vote fraud.

IMO, Moonbeam instituted “motor voter” expressly to enable voter fraud. LA county is riddled with illegals!

http://www.mercurynews.com/2016/12/28/dmv-licensed-800000-undocumented-immigrants-under-2-year-old-law/

800,000 is probably peanuts compared to the real numbers.

Comments from CA Freepers???

They squawk about election fraud, not voter fraud. They support voter fraud, because it always works in their favor. They squawk about “election fraud”, (one year it’s Diebold, the next time they lose it’s Russia, I suppose it will be China when they lose again in 2020) because they can never prove it because it doesn’t happen. But they don’t want voter fraud investigated-oh no!- because they know their party is rife with it.

Do we have no legal recourse to all the SOS who are refusing to turn over data which is needed for a federal investigation into national voter fraud?

So the dumbocrats want us to believe Russians somehow influenced the elections, but are unwilling to have a thorough investigation of the elections... okeydokey.

I’m with you. I want my vote to count, no way in hell should a fraudulently cast vote nullify my choice.

In California Illegals are actively sought out and registered to vote. Voting by noncitizens of any provenance is legal in California. The noncitizens do not get separate ballots but vote on the same ballots everyone else gets. Registrars tell them to go ahead and vote the whole ballot, including for national offices; "Hey, who's gonna know?" One of those okeefe undercocer vids has that.
Ditto Chicago, but I don't recall Okeefe doing a video there.

“I will not provide sensitive voter information to a commission that has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally"...ah, why not? - go on, show 'em how dumb they are - give them the data and let them find out for themselves in public that there isn't any voter fraud - how embarrassing that'll be for them - go on - show 'em......

Democrats — “There is no voter fraud because we say so. Why would you need to investigate? You say you want evidence? What? Don’t you trust us?”

It is so sad that they get away with this tactic. Just another proof point about MSM collision with the Dems.

In 1996 in Orange County, 721 illegals were registered to vote and 442 of them voted for Loretta Sanchez, the Democrat who narrowly defeated Republican Robert Dornan.

Anyone have the numbers for how many illegals are registered to vote in California?

I was told that they would personally have to advise them that they had moved and wished to have their names removed.

This is the reason the democrats were desperate to have Motor Voter enacted back in the 90's. The county, the State Board of Elections, the Secretary of State -- none of them can update the voter rolls. Even a death certificate is not a reason to remove a name.

This is true in every state. Repealing Motor voter would go a long way to cleaning up the dead vote.
