- All peer reviewed journals should retract all of Mann's work that does not have all data sets included in the publication detailed enough to replicate the work.
- All peer reviewed work based upon and citing Mann's work should be replicated by other scientists. Any study that cannot be replicated should be retracted.
- Scott Pruitt at the EPA should retract all rules and regulations based upon Mann's work until the work is replicated by studies with publicly available data. He also needs to enforce a general rule that the EPA will only use studies which provide all data sets for replication, and that have been replicated. Finally, the EPA should claw back all grant money issued to Mann and Penn state.
- The IPCC should amend its current report to remove all references to Mann's non-replicated work.
This is the way to fix climate science, and get it back on track away from politics.
Mann had to know that the data business would come up sooner or later. I would suspect that he had a fraudulent data package set up for the case and his experts warned that a fake package would be identified and destroy the case.
I sure hope you are correct, but there is SO much money, so much establishment policy riding on this hoax, that the PTB are likely to do *anything* to put a stop to truth.

Mann dont have the fradulent data. They admitted that in the climate gate emails. The data dont matter. As was shown, it was Mann’s algorithm that would produce a hockey stick with even random data. Of course he also manipulated the data to get a better hockey stick shape. He was hoping Hillary would be President and the whole affair would be swept up under the Paris Accords.
