the technical point of reference (for a lont time anyway) is IETF RFC 822. The author is David Crocker, August 13, 1982. It references a number of earlier RFCs, going back to RFC 524 (J. White, 13 June, 1973), but I do not think that any of them have him as an author.

First let me say I don't care who invented email. What I care about is smart business people committed to cooperative negotiations of our countries problems in Congress!

I don't care what ethnic background or religion he has. He wants to serve this country and we need men and women like him in Congress. I would love to see a pro-Trump self-made person defeat Warren and add to the mid=term Republican domination of the House.

If you read about this guy he's as much of a "victim" as Warren. He will cry racism at the drop of a hat and claims he would have his face on a stamp if he were white.
