Jews are capitalists. Jews are communists.
Jews are clannish. Jews are integrated.
Jews are poor. Jews are rich.
Jews refuse to convert threatening our faith. Jews convert threatening our faith.
Jews think they are better than us, only marrying their own. Jews are intermarrying with us, hurting our purity.
Jews refuse to work for or with the government. Jews work for or with the government.
It boils down to "Jews are."
Muslims hate Jews, because most Jews refused to convert to Islam, and some tribes fought Mohammed.

Read the Old Testament. The Jewish believers are God’s chosen people who show the world who God is so since Adam and Eve, Satan has been trying to annihilate them but there is always a believing remnant. Now the Christians (gentile believers in the Messiah) are also enemies of Satan. Not that Satan likes non-believers. He hates all humans, but he is permitted to only do so much.
