Contrarian? LOL. He’s a mainline GOP “conservative”. About as milquetoast as you can get.

Bret can suck my Stephens.

I was one among the cabal of commenters at the WSJ that forced him out for his ludicrous, ridiculous and entirely unthoughtful NeverTrumpism at the WSJ. It was a truly democratic rebellion that the Journal had to address. If that fool had joined permanent status on the editorial board would have been disastrous. Thankfully subscribers vehemently objected to his columns and the Journal arranged a trade to the Times.

So good riddance, be it to NYT or MSNBC, I won’t be seeing his stupid face or words any more.

Bret Stephens was a long time foreign affairs writer on the editorial page of the Wall Street Journal.

He vigorously supported the Neo-Con policies of George W. Bush in the Middle East, and he believes that the USA should be the world policeman.

Like every other writer at the WSJ, he also supports Amnesty and massive legal immigration.

He vehemently and publicly opposed Trump in the 2016 election.

Because Stephens has timidly challenged some of the man-made global warming science, the mainstream media now claim that he is a radical Conservative.

At the New York Times, Stephens fits right in with the other two NYT “Conservatives” David Brooks and Ross Douthat.

Look up the word Chickenhawk in the dictionary and you will see a photo of Bret Stephens.

Stephens is a vile Neo-Con who despises the white working class but is more than happy to see them come home with no arms or legs or in a body bag fighting for "nation-building" some Islamic rat-hole.

Stephens face should be used to clear the roads of IED's in Iraq/Afghanistan.

Bret is an amnesty promoting Necon.

He left the WSJ where he was blasted constantly - for years - by yours truly and others for his open-borders pro-amnesty stands.

He went to write for Pravda on The Hudson, wearing there his pro-amnesty badge with honor.

MSNBC should welcome him with open arms, like a prodigal son who can now drop the “con” in his Neo-con positions.
