They can do what evan bayh did...some cheap condo in a sketchy neighborhood as his State residence. I would be shocked if he ever stepped foot in the place after looking at pics
He said the it would save taxpayers money because that way congress wouldn’t have to buy airplane tickets to go back home all the time. No way they will stop going home, that $2500 will go into their pockets.
