It's pretty obvious when a post is a vanity, because if you look at the description under the headline, there's NO SOURCE.

I don't find it at all difficult to recognize a vanity when I see one.

Yes, I can differentiate a vanity quite easily and the no source is a dead give away. However, I recall reading that a vanity is supposed to marked as such.
