I agree with you. It isn't sustainable. For society's sake, the only solution is "tough love" and get the opioids off the market, bot legal and illegal.

I realize I don't know pain so bad it can't be controlled. On the other hand, I can't believe that everyone who is prescribed these poisons has such horrific pain.
