Farmers can now “construct” mini-mountain ranges at will.
For those of you that are familiar with the term mini-mountain range, it is what the EPA and Corps of Engineers claimed were created when the farmer plowed their fields. This led to silt laden runoff to the “waters of the State”.
Oh yes, the infamous Mini Mountain nitiwittery that was stunningly stupid...even by federal standards.
