Did Israel really hit back at a couple of targets in Syria this week?
That’s always an attention-getter (for me).
I don’t know...and frankly only those over there in the fog of war can even begin to know what is what and who......and even they aren’t sure.
What I do know is war is a horrible thing and too many people and kids are living through this mess..dying and ending up as refugees in one form or another.
Unfortunately it is daily life in ME countries.....such violence and tribal wars etc. .....and it’s never ending over there. I suspect many simply have learned to live with life that way.
We are so fortunate...beyond measure, that we have escaped war here in my lifetime....and hopefully will not see it.

If you’ve been paying attention Israel has been bombing Syria’s legitimate armed forces quite often. Saudi Arabia, Israel, and the neocons seem to be quite vested in taking out the leader of a Sovereign Nation.
As to the chemical weapons charges against the SAA at Khan Shaykhun, look at who said Syria was guilty:
The governments of the United States, United Kingdom, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, France, and Israel, as well as Human Rights Watch*, attributed the attack to the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
That vindicates Assad as far as I’m concerned.
