It's just the nations positioning that we see and that is very fluid.....I do wonder though if Damascus will get destroyed ultimately in this current war. If Assad really is planning on using chemical weapons one or the other of the players might just bomb Damascus to smithereens to prevent even the possibility at the rate this war is now moving. All have stated no more chemical attacks....so any one of the players could simply end it.

Yes it does.....which is what I think is quite possible in this Syrian war....they already have parts of Damascus surrounded so we shall see.....the question of course is who finally determines that nobody gets Damascus and just destroys it instead........I do think leaders are beyond tired of fighting this war and somethings going to hault it in one knock out punch so to speak.

I don’t know...and frankly only those over there in the fog of war can even begin to know what is what and who......and even they aren’t sure.

What I do know is war is a horrible thing and too many people and kids are living through this mess..dying and ending up as refugees in one form or another.

Unfortunately it is daily life in ME countries.....such violence and tribal wars etc. .....and it’s never ending over there. I suspect many simply have learned to live with life that way.

We are so fortunate...beyond measure, that we have escaped war here in my lifetime....and hopefully will not see it.
