The homosexuals on the court should recuse themselves from homosexual marriage and similar issues as well...but I won’t hold my breath waiting.
She made herself unfit to hold the office of Supreme Court Justice when she said publicly that the U.S Constitution is outdated.
The problem, you see, is that the U.S. Constitution is “a rather old constitution.” Ginsburg suggested that Egyptians should look instead to the Constitution of South Africa or perhaps the European Convention on Human Rights. All these are “much more recent than the U.S. Constitution.”

She should not recuse herself at all. She is a proven political hack and not a judge - she should simply resign - effective immediately.

It is not just her intemperate invective against the president that makes it clear she should recuse herself from an issues involving him, but her simple inability to stay awake during public events makes it clear she should resign and toddle off to a rest home.
She’s a political hack not much different from the incontinent Democrat city court judge unable to climb three steps. When she rouses from her golden slumbers, former justice Ruth Buzzi can harangue the other residents with her left-wing political opinions, if they will put up with it.
She should, but since she is far from impartial and just following the letter of the law, she won't until The Almighty recuses her - PERMANENTLY.
2 of them didn’t recuse when they voted on same sex marriage even though they had already performed same sex marriages where it was legal. Nobody said a word. BOOOM! we get gay marriage with 2 ringers.
Ginsburg plus Sotomayor and Kagan. They Know how they are supposed to vote. They don’t dare do otherwise. They are just a rubber stamp for the DNC, Obama and Hillary. They will never vote for any conservative or pro-Trump position. They don’t even have to look at the paperwork.

She was compelled to resign to maintain the pretense of integrity the day she wore her “dissent collar” to protest the outcome of the election.
The image of a Supreme Court Justice who finds an election dissentable is incompatible with the duties of the office.
