Hitler would be proud. Who would've ever thought targeting Jews would be replaced with targeting Infidels in Germany?
The German people SHOULD HAVE figured out what is going on in their country by NOW. The Soros global cabal wants to EXTERMINATE Caucasian Christian Culture and is using MUSLIMS as their foot soldiers to accomplish it.

I'm thinking it is more akin to the East German Stasi. Just imagine, only ten years ago this film was garnering awards for exposing what it was like living under Stasi totalitarianism, now the unified Germans are living it. The ironic thing is this film was classified as "educational" a decade ago; somewhere along the line it got reclassified as "instructional."

I thought we defeated fascism in Germany?

We thought the Nazi's were finished!
We were so wrong!

Oh, yes. We have “hate crime” laws now. It’s but a short jump to get to “hate speech” laws. And of course “hate speech” will be any comment that offends any liberal anywhere.

"From a totalitarian perspective, its brilliant in its simplicity. Controlling social media content in this manner does 3 things. First, it prevents organization and actual collusion between those who oppose your narrative. Second, it further isolates those who may otherwise oppose your narrative. (Gee, nobody else is complaining so I guess Im the only one.) Lastly, it gives you a mechanism by which you can identify and legally imprison those who dare break the law."
Pretty much a perfect analysis. When certain things cannot be criticized, or said, for fear of punishment, it is almost impossible to mobilize any opposition to specific policies.
Furthermore, it gives the authorities the opportunity to pick and choose which speech they will punish, regardless of what the law says. A lack of due process and equal protection under the law is virtually guaranteed. "Hate speech" is what the authorities say it is, and the aggressive or controversial speech of favored groups will be ignored, that is, tolerated.
Thus, Islam critic Robert Spencer can be banned from Britain, but Johnny Depp can threaten Trump with impunity.

The Elephant in the room: The Koran — chock full of hate speech, racism, anti-semitism, violence, incitement to hate, riot, and murder.

Here’s the problem -
# of people arrested for mentioning Islamic Terrorism = 36
# of Islamic Terrorists arrested = 0
THIS is why Germany is doomed

"hate speech is not free speech"
People who embrace this slogan never seem to realize that much of THEIR speech sounds like "hate speech" to those of us to whom it is directed. The fact that this simple truth escapes them is sufficient reason to believe that "hate speech" laws will only be enforced against speech which THEY deem offensive.

Liberals are NAZI. The NAZI were socialists. The KKK, islamonazis....all more of the same.

It’s better having the gun yourself so you can say what you want or even better having a Constitution to protect the Freedom of Speech for everyone, even unpopular speech, except for yelling fire in a crowded theatre.

It frightens me how close to Hitler’s Germany, Merkel’s Germany is becoming (or the EU with its European Army and Migrant quotas).

not just germany. canada, switzerland, great britain, france, sweden . . . in fact, most countries not blessed with specific protections to free speech usually wind up criminalizing political speech.

The nations of the Earth go to war against Israel; we are witnessing the setting up of such a war with nation after nation submitting to a new takeover.

The “criminal” is not anyone accused of “hate speech”.
It is the person who “reacts” to supposed “hate speech” with violence. The person who lacks the emotional and intellectual maturity to simply say “I don’t agree” and instead allows “feelings” (something generated by your own mind and NOT manufactured by anything outside your own mind) to make them react violently.
Physical violence against others may be a crime, but just your thoughts and your mere expression of your thoughts should not be a crime.

Free speech reduces violence
Curtailing free speech will cause an increase in violence
