Jon Ossoff lost the House race in Georgias 6th Congressional District despite receiving nearly three-quarters of $1 million from the Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
With $734,000 in campaign contributions, the abortion giant was the second-biggest spender on the Democratic side of the ledger only trailing the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, which poured $4.9 million into the race.

“They receive federal funds to finance the candidates of the Democratic party?”
DUH...
Our taxpayer money at work.
I worked hard for that money so some puke who drives a Masarati can give it to some politician who wants to destroy my way of life.
good question
In the 2016 election cycle, Planned Parenthood Action Fund and the super PAC Planned Parenthood Votes each contributed over $350,000 combined.
Also contributing were political arms of Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, Planned Parenthood of the Heartland, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Planned Parenthood Votes NW, Planned Parenthood/North Texas, and Planned Parenthood/Rocky Mountains.
Also for the 2016 election cycle, individuals and entities connected with Planned Parenthood poured over $15.9 million into outside spending, defined by the Center for Responsive Politics as independent expenditures or electioneering communications.
Of that, $14.02 million went to Planned Parenthood Votes, the super PAC. Other outside spending went to Planned Parenthood Action Fund, a Planned Parenthood/Michigan super PAC, Planned Parenthood/Los Angeles, Planned Parenthood of San Diego, Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest, Planned Parenthood/Minnesota, Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific Action Fund, Nevada Advocates for Planned Parenthood, Planned Parenthood of Nassau County Action Fund, Protecting Choice in California, and Planned Parenthood/Santa Barbara.
Ms. Handel was apparently a major pro-lifer so even if she’s a squishy, the Pro-Life groups got a big win. But, um, where exactly does poor old Planned Parenthood get the money to spend on political campaigns? You guessed it.
What is wrong with the Stupid Party allowing this to go on?
They are allowing the use of taxpayer money to finance democrat candidates!
Republicans should pass a bill into law forbidding any business or organization (including charities and colleges) that receives government grants or subsidies from participating in the election process.
No financial contributions to PACS or candidates allowed.
No TV ads, billboards, no endorsements, no public comments or support of any kind.
Individual employees would remain free to do what they want on their own time with their own money as a private citizen.
But they would be prohibited from becoming involved in elections in their capacity as an employee or representative of the business or organization.
why are GOP so stupid? GOP is allowing DEM to use tax dollars to campaign against them
Solil Management $2,000,000
Soros Fund Management $1,500,000
Rosenthal Foundation $1,000,000
Pritzker Group $1,000,000
Bloomberg Lp $1,000,000
Give Lively $1,000,000
Your tax dollars at work!
millions
It’s in your first sentence, “the Stupid Party”.
Because the politicians that approve the spending of that tax money are stockholders in the PP Clinics.
PP spent 3/4 million, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee 4.9 million.
In the wise words of ‘The Simpsons’ Nelson: “Ha, Ha”.
Besides, there’s no lack of art that the government feels compelled to keep it from dying. Can’t throw a rock without hitting art. It’s everywhere.
As a candidate Ossoff, looked like a rough draft of a human being......not quite complete.
Interestingly, as he conceded defeat election night, he looked more human.
Perhaps walking through the searing fires of political defeat helped him grow a pair.
Thats a lot of illegal baby parts they had to harvest and sell, right there.
That is what it is.
Law - if any business takes federal money it cannot donate money to campaigns or political parties.
Let the actual people donate from their own personal salaries and wages. Businesses are not people regardless of what the insanity of the law says.
Really its the Uniparty.
Repub leadership is truly not bothered by this. It is why they even gnuinely try never end it. They have power and a president to sign it, they have no desire to end any of the status quo.
We have to acknowledge this problem in order to have a mindset to remedy it.
Holy cow.
