What good does it do to have so-called Conservatives on the bench?
We have Obamacare because of one of them, the Chief Justice.
We now have seen it deemed okay to commit fraud as part of the immigration process.
Isn’t it pima facie evidence that each question will impact admittance, and no question wouldn’t, it they were deemed important enough to ask?
Evidently the SCOTUS thinks the interview, paperwork, and forms are all some form of lark.
“Okay, these questions are important. Those four questions there are just for kicks.” Admittance can’t be blocked for fraud on those four. This is what the justices believe?
Tell me, did Kelloggs come up with a new cereal, “STUPID” and force the SCOTUS justice to down a bowl every morning?
But it’s still ok for 50 of ‘em to use someone else’s SSN...
More good news - how long before the concern trolls find something about it that needs to be complained about...
Excellent observation.
But a 9th district judge won’t the deportation.
That includes all m*sslims.
To become a citizen, you have to swear:
“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America.”
*slam demands allegiance first to *slam, and it tries to supersede the Constitution of the USA.
One of the first to lose his citizenship is that “journalist” for the Spanish media, Jose Ramos, who boldly flaunts his ‘dual citizenship’ and claims to vote in Mexican elections.
This violates the oath of citizenship he took when he was naturalized. It required him to renounce his previous citizenship.
The US doesn’t issue or honor dual citizenship. It is claimed by folks who want to remain citizens of their birthright nation and is usually honored by those countries.
