I think this shooting should be personalized like the Gabby Giffords shooting. It should always be called the Scalise shooting or the Steve Scalise shooting.
Doesn’t it seem like this Scalise shooting has disappeared from the news pretty quickly??
It’s as if the media have no interest in the ramifications of a toxic political climate, and political assassination attempts.
I have to think that this would not be the case, if Democrats had been targeted by a deranged man with conservative political views.
How about calling it “the Democrats’ assassination attempt”?
