For anyone who knows:
Why was the Georgia election more important than the squeaker in South Carolina - a race that was essentially never discussed here or elsewhere?
I think because the Dems did not target that one with Money, so the Media did not cover it as the lack of funding by the Dems in the SC raise probably was perceived as a signal that the Dems felt they had no chance. Of course, since the Dems did not heavily invest money in that race, the RNC did not either so my theory is Republican and right of center Independents did not vote as heavy as they did in the Presidential race.
Analysis of Money in the GA race indicates that for every penny Ossoff got from 6th district GA residents, he got $10 from California, which suggest to me that Pelosi got her Hollywood and San Francisco Liberal donor base to pour money into the GA race, thus the Liberal media picked up on the thinking that Pelosi and DNC establishment thought they could flip this seat.
This was formerly Newt’s seat. It would’ve been a major feather in the cap of the dems. They would then have been able to mention how Trump’s agenda was rejected by a conservative district.
“Why was the Georgia election more important than the squeaker in South Carolina”?
1. SC election not competitive.
2. Rats poured $40 million from out of state into Ossoff, making it the most expensive House election in U.S. history. Rats staked everything on this one. If Ossoff had won, then enemedia would have forever crowed that that proved Trump was doomed, etc.
