That was the vote breakdown with less than 6% in, not 60%. Now Handel up by 53 to 47% with more than 60% in.
The lead shifts back and forth depending on which places count the votes first.
Currently the election results page at the NYT (which is pretty good despite it being from the NYT) gives projections that take into account of where the remaining votes to be counted are from and all. You can view it HERE.
Scroll down the the meter looking thing. It now projects Handel winning by 1.7% as I write this.
