A California universitys decision to put a limit on the number of American citizens it enrolls -- while placing no such restrictions on illegal immigrants who want to attend the school -- is drawing sharp criticism from education activists.
The regents in the University of California system recently instituted Regents Policy 2109 in response to state lawmakers threatening to withhold from the university system nearly $20 million if school officials didnt cap the number of out-of-state American students. The university's response to the state governments threat was to limit the percentage of out-of-state American students in the student body to 18 percent on most campuses.

How come the article lists Perry Chiaramonte as the author but you claim that it was you that wrote it?
Here’s an idea.. how about favoring Legal California Citizens?
Approved my a majority of California voters.
bkmk
and several CA public college campuses are cesspools of IslamoNazi agitation, propaganda, threats and intimidation against American students, Christians and Jews.........while the state government, college administrators, and some communistic faculty defend and, in some instances, actually applaud it
If you are a California resident, simply plan on your kids going to college in another state.
unfortunately in Calif there are millions of people who are permanently disenfranchised. These frustrated folk are known as Conservatives. Which gives me an idea. We need our own state electoral college type thingy. We’re too big for mob rule.
Texas colleges favor illegals, too. A few years ago when kiddo was applying, the med/health departments had obvious nudge-nudge wink-winks on their home pages.
Sorry for you conservatives that live there, but we need to rid ourselves of Mexifornia/Kalifornia.

You're not kidding.
I was just at the University of Arizona in Tucson getting my kid through freshmen orientation. The number of Californians there is amazing. Turns out it is cheaper for Californians to send their kids to Arizona and pay out of state tuition than to send them to a California school.
WOW!
It looks like you are the author of just about every article you’ve ever posted!

How amazing is that?
I think Puppage doesn’t understand the field labels on the article posting screen.
If I had a little sister, she’d be just like you.
If I had the most prolific author with the most names, she'd be you and I'd make money from her.
Congratulations on your amazing achievement.
It’s.....what I do.
